Eligible for return

  • Ready-to-ship items, unused and in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery
  • Items that arrive damaged or materially different from what was ordered

  • Made-to-order and customised pieces
  • Items showing signs of use beyond inspection

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@wovenhome.in with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup.
